Grey Matters Pocket - Interlocking Bristle

Grey Matters Pocket brushes were created with the plein air and urban artist in mind. They are convenient for travel because of their compact size and protected brush heads. Like all Grey Matters brushes, they are a neutral grey with non-reflective hair, ferrule and handles to distract the artist and minimal color distortion.

These interlocked bristle brushes are painstakingly crafted by hand. We use interlocked brushes because it ensures the bristles maintain their shape and last for a long time.
